HER WAY OF THINKING
PREFERRED WORK:SIMPLE
- Manage the unexpected
- Use knowledge
- Manipulate data
- Analyse situations
DECISION-MAKING:
QUICK
She needs to progress quickly and move from one activity to another to avoid getting stuck.
LEARNING STYLE:
EXPERIMENTS
Learns by testing and making her own mistakes.
As she easily identifies the logic in words, Szandra Csont is able to work on activities where it is important to understand the sense of a text and its implications. She possesses an ease classifying information, and generally a rather efficient memory. She can be trusted to understand instructions.
Szandra Csont has a particular affinity for tasks that require work on concepts. She is comfortable thinking about fundamentally abstract information. An intense analysis leads her to throw herself into it and try to predict all the aspects linked to projects on which she is working. She could even lack, sometimes, a bit of realism.

THE WAY SHE MANAGES HER ENERGY:
Szandra Csont's energy is divided between vigour and stability. One of her motivating factors is oriented towards action and the search for stimulation. But she also needs a certain stability and standards to feel comfortable in a professional environment. It is important for her to find this balance in order to fully invest herself in her position.
THE ACTIVITIES SHE PREFERS:
DESIGN
Design is part of the activities that most interests Szandra Csont. She very much likes being able to contribute her ideas and think about things that no longer exist. She avoids, however, doing it in a vague context without clear standards.
PERFECT
It is important for Szandra Csont to be able to perfect her work. It is, indeed, a very stimulating activity for her because she attaches a lot of importance to the quality of what she produces. Szandra Csont can be counted on to dedicate energy to this activity because it is a source of motivation for her.
ASSESS
Szandra Csont can invest herself in this activity even though it is not one of her priorities. She likes, in a certain measure, being able to provide her perspective on specific subjects and seeks to be a point of reference to judge an aspect of the job.
THE ENVIRONMENT SHE SEEKS:
#Studious #Respect #Professional #Process #Calm #Method #Concentration#Order #Serious
THE MANAGEMENT STYLE HE/SHE LOOKS FOR:
VISIONARY
Come with me
HOW SHOULD SHE BE MANAGED?
Szandra Csont expects a manager to take the lead and provide clear instructions. She needs to know what is expected of her and avoid any ambiguity. For her, a leader must clearly express a vision and chart a clear course to monitor the group. She is motivated by someone who values respect of principles and reliability.
IN WHICH ENVIRONMENT WILL HE/SHE BE DEVELOPED?
Szandra Csont is able to flourish in very different cultures. There is no standard working style that absolutely suits her. She finds advantages and drawbacks in every work environment. It is not the company culture that influences her commitment, but rather, the capacity of the position to provide what she seeks through the work. If she finds her principle motivating factors, the structure in which she develops does not matter as she is capable of adapting and being satisfied.
